A model of environmentally sensitive office-park design.
Giralda Farms is a five-building, 181-acre corporate campus in the heart of New Jersey’s Route 24 corridor. Mack-Cali owns three of the campus's class A office buildings, totaling 494,000 SF. The trophy office buildings are set amongst ponds, wooded areas, and open space with a historic past.
The campus was built on a portion of the former estate of Geraldine Rockefeller Dodge, whose grand home was built in the style of the Giralda in Seville, Spain. Dodge’s namesake foundation funds countless arts, education and other nonprofits serving the Morris County area.
Morris County attracts top tier talent.
The Route 24 corridor is home to many household-name companies and large law firms, including Pfizer, Allergan, Merck, LEO Pharmaceuticals, Prudential Real Estate Investors, BASF, Accenture, pwc, Greenberg Traurig, and Drinker Biddle.

Madison could pass—and in some movies, has passed—for a New England town.
Route 124, or Main Street, runs east-west through town and is lined with grocery stores, car dealerships, restaurants, and shops.
To the west of town center is Drew University, situated on a picturesque wooded campus. Further north is Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Florham campus, straddling the border with Florham Park.
The train line runs parallel to Route 124, one or two blocks to the south. The historic train station sits just off the town center, nearby the Town Hall and a Presbyterian church with a prominent white spire.

Despite being surrounded by the quintessentially suburban Morris Township and affluent commuter towns, Morristown is something special.
Since the first European settlement in the area 300 years ago, Morristown has long been a hub of restaurants, shopping and activities—while remaining relatively affordable.
